DUCT INSULATION
With our cross-linked technology, Trocellen's foam naturally possesses a closed-cell structure; which allows our foam to not only be exceptionally good at noise and thermal insulation, but also incredibly long lasting than anything else available on the market. Safety was also one of our main priorities during the engineering process, our foam has intergrated flame retardent properties and emits no toxic smoke when burnt. Perfect for buildings looking for a greener and safer infrastructure.
PIPE INSULATION
Trocellen's pipe PE foam insulation regulates the different temperature inside and outside of the pipe; by retarding heat gain or loss in order to control the temperature or condensation from various piping systems. With our PE foam technology, it can withstand temperatures up to 120ËšC and to as low as -50ËšC, giving you a peace of mind without worrying about brittling issues. Our foam accomodates to a wide range of pipe diameters, from thick to thin.
PRE-FORMED TUBE INSULATION
Our pre-formed tube foam provides a precise and snug fit that hugs every corner of the tube to prevent any insulation leakages. Something that regular tube insulation cannot achieve. With our state of the art 3D thermoforming technology, we are able to comply to any shape specifications provided by our customers.
